Cross Country second at the Cheltenham Festival Easysland, who shared the same mark of 167 with Bristol De Mai and Santini, will not make the journey to Merseyside from France.
His conqueror at Prestbury Park, Tiger Roll was also confirmed to miss a third tilt at the prestigious meeting, owing to an “unfair weight” before his Gloucestershire romp.
The French raider saw off the Irish charge with ease twelve months ago but was no match for the five-time Festival and two-time National winner at Cheltenham last week.
Owner JP McManus, who tasted only one success at the Festival and is represented by the absent Easysland, owns four of the top at the market at this stage.
But it’s the Jonjo O’Neill trained Cloth Cap who currently tops the bill following his two decisive victories at Newbury and Kelso this season, respectively.

The Grand National Festival will be held behind-closed-doors in 2021 and gets underway on Thursday 8th April until Saturday 10th April.
