About The Race

The Watch On Racing TV Conditional Jockeys Handicap Hurdle is a Class 3 National Hunt handicap hurdle race for conditional jockeys that serves as the fifth race of Aintree’s Afternoon Racing Meeting every Autumn.

Open to horses aged four years old and above, The Watch On Racing TV Conditional Jockeys Handicap Hurdle stretches a total distance of 3 miles and 149 yards of Aintree’s Mildmay Course and features a number of hurdles along its path for the contenders to negotiate.

£13,700 was added to the purse last time out in 2020, which was split in the following manner between the first four competitors to successfully complete the race:
